The Partnership Manager (HQ) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product scalability across AsiaFinance Group’s markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with external partners such as fintech platforms, payment providers, banks, aggregators, merchants, lead-generation partners, and technology vendors. Key Responsibilities 
 

Partnership Strategy & Development
• Identify, assess, and onboard new strategic partnerships aligned with AFG’s business and market expansion goals.

This is not a "fix my WordPress site" gig. Our site runs on a custom theme (Respona 2.0) and a custom OOP-based plugin (Respona Core) that we built ourselves. It's an organized, modern codebase with proper class architecture, custom post types, custom shortcodes, REST API endpoints, Webpack-based asset builds, and Cloudflare-aware caching. • Maintain and improve our Webpack-based asset pipeline (CSS/JS minification and bundling per page template)

Modernization and code health

REST API and integrations

• Maintain and extend our custom REST endpoints under the respona/v1/ namespace (Turnstile validation, MailChimp subscription, lead submission, Backlink Checker, Email Verifier, Email Finder)
• Implement new endpoints with proper permission checks, parameter validation, and clean JSON responses
   

Who You Are
 

• Senior WordPress developer. You have 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience and you've built real custom themes and plugins, not just configured them

What You'll Do

• Build and develop partnerships with complementary businesses: agencies, SaaS platforms, freelancers
• Lead negotiations, present agency services, and close deals
• Develop and manage a referral program and partner network
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for mutual growth

About the project:

You will join a long-term project in the Healthcare domain focused on building and maintaining a SaaS platform that helps streamline day-to-day operations for medical service providers. The product supports end-to-end workflows such as appointment processing, invoicing, documentation assistance, and delivery coordination—aiming to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive test cases to ensure thorough coverage of product functionality.
• Analyzing and working with requirements documentation throughout the testing process to validate compliance and quality.
• Performing rigorous manual testing of web and mobile applications across multiple modules to identify, report, and help resolve issues.

• Collaborating closely with the team by actively participating in regular sync-ups, planning sessions, and other team meetings to stay aligned with ongoing development.

   

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing of web applications.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, concepts, and testing techniques.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining test documentation (e.g., test plans, test cases, and STD).
